Evan Wyman

Evan has been helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate since 1999, building a career that spans first-time buyers, luxury properties, and everything in between. With more than 24 years of experience, $900 million+ in sales, and hundreds of transactions, he brings a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and highly personal approach to every client relationship. Much of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals—a reflection of the trust he has built throughout his career.

In 2015, Evan co-founded Avenue Properties, growing the brokerage to more than 200 agents before selling to Compass in 2018. He later founded the Wyman Group at Compass, a team serving Seattle and Sun Valley with six licensed agents and dedicated transaction, design, and marketing support. Known for being approachable, attentive, and never pushy, the team combines deep local expertise with sophisticated marketing and an extensive network of agents and buyers.

Born and raised in Seattle, Evan graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Finance and previously worked in marketing and sales with Nordstrom, the Seattle Mariners, the Seattle SuperSonics, and a tech startup. Outside of real estate, he enjoys volunteering, coaching youth sports, traveling, boating, skiing, fishing, architecture, and spending time with his sons, Zack and Dillon.
